This is a real one. The homeowner sent the first picture from her phone — that's all we needed. Every fixture position in the result is a decision: the architecture lit symmetrically across the elevation, palms lit up the trunk and into the crown rather than just the top, warm 3000K throughout, and no light coming from the roofline.

How it works

    You send a photo

    One shot of the front of the house, from the street, in daylight. A phone photo is exactly right. Attach it above or text it — whichever you prefer.

    We design and render it

    Not a filter — an actual fixture-by-fixture design applied to your property, then rendered so you can see it. Usually back within a day.

    We talk it through

    By phone or in person — whichever suits you. Plenty of our clients are up north when they start this, and that's fine.

What it costs to build

The rendering is free and there's no obligation attached to it. What it costs to build depends entirely on how much of the property you light, which is why we'd rather show you the real number for your house than a range that means nothing. What changes between a small property and a large one is the size of the canvas, not how it gets designed. Design the whole thing, then we build to match your budget — do what makes sense this year, and the rest phases onto the same plan later.
