Maintenance Plans
A lighting system is a living thing in Florida — plants grow over fixtures, storms knock timers loose, salt and sun work on everything. Maintenance is how a great install stays great.

What every visit includes
- Every fixture tested, cleaned, and re-aimed
- Lamps and LED modules checked; failures replaced
- Timers and controls verified and reset after power events
- Wire, connections, and transformer loads inspected
- Fixtures raised or relocated as plants mature
- Written condition report after every visit
Annual Care
One comprehensive visit per year, the right fit for newer systems and smaller properties.
A typical 10-fixture home: $225/year — about $18.75 a month.

Twice-Yearly Care
Two visits per year, timed around Florida's growing season, which is how we keep estate properties and community entrances flawless.
A typical 10-fixture home: $300/year — about $25 a month.
Plan pricing — posted, like everything we do
Per fixture, per year. The bigger the system, the lower the rate: volume discounts run to 30%. No contracts to decode and no surprise truck fees; every visit ends with a written condition report.
| System size | Annual Care 1 visit / year | Twice-Yearly Care 2 visits / year | Volume discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–20 fixtures | $22.50 / fixture / yr | $30.00 / fixture / yr | — |
| 21–50 fixtures | $20.25 / fixture / yr | $27.00 / fixture / yr | 10% off |
| 51–100 fixtures | $18.00 / fixture / yr | $24.00 / fixture / yr | 20% off |
| 101–150 fixtures | $16.88 / fixture / yr | $22.50 / fixture / yr | 25% off |
| 151+ fixtures | $15.75 / fixture / yr | $21.00 / fixture / yr | 30% off |
Billed monthly. Systems under 10 fixtures are billed at the 10-fixture minimum, which keeps the smallest plan an honest deal in both directions.
Designing in the Spectrum Design Studio? Your fixture count is already on screen, so your maintenance number is simple math you can do before we ever meet.
Covered, no charge
Normal wear is our problem, not yours. A wire nicked by lawn equipment, a loose connection, a fixture knocked out of aim, a lamp that quit early: if we find it on a visit or you call it in between visits, we fix it under your plan. Service calls for covered issues are free.
Billed separately, and we'll tell you first
Damage from construction, renovation, or another contractor's work — a new fence post through a wire run, pavers laid over a line we weren't told about — and rerouting the system for property changes are quoted before we touch anything. Tell us before the work happens and we can usually protect the run for far less than repairing it after.
Trusted by entire communities
Community lighting fails quietly — one entrance fixture, then another, until a resident complains. That's why communities like Mediterra, Paseo, Beachwalk, Greenwood, and Positano Place keep Spectrum on a scheduled program: failures get caught on our calendar, not theirs. If your HOA or property manager wants the same, start with a free lighting assessment.
